Have you ever wondered what customers want to know about the food truck industry? Knowing their needs is important, but you should always learn insights about your target audience. Here are some common food truck FAQs you may be asked and their answers.

1.

How long does it take to custom a food truck?

Typically it will take 6 weeks to build a food truck but it may take longer deponding on lead time from the equipment manufacturer to deliver the product.

2.

Do you have Warranty?

​

All equipments has 180 days warranty from the manuufacturer.  Buyer should call those manufacturers directly and resolve issue.  There is no warranty on the Truck.  Its sold       "AS IS"  buyer can bring his own mechanic and inspect it before the build.

How long does it take get permits to operate?

​

Buyer need to call the city and book appointments for inspection and permits.  All permits are year long.  Typically it takes 4 to 5 weeks to get all the required permits.

What is the Payment process? 

​

As food trucks are tailormade advance payment has to be made either by direct transfer or by cahsier check.  Payment breakup are included in the invoice.  Once the equipment plan is approved by the buyer, the sales are final and the advance payment is not refunded.  

5.

How can i cancel order?

​

Tailormade orders cannot be cancelled but the floor plan can be modified in discussion with the builder, buyer pays the difference. Every state has different requirements for permits. If the Food Truck is not paid and pickedup within 10 day of the complection of work the builder can sell the truck to (anyone) other party.  All decision of the builder is final.
